You would think they'd be simple, right? Not so much. Most banana plugs have a hole in the side to tighten the screw down onto to hold it in place. These have no such thing and the only apparent way to hold it in the plug is to push it through the bottom, bend each thread of wire over the screw threads, and then try to tighten the top without breaking the wire.
