Product Description

Our banana plugs accept bare wire, or spades. They also are designed to house 18 to 12 gauge speaker wire. To ensure proper polarity, they come color coded with black and red rings.

Open screw type banana plugs provide a side entry for the copper wire to be inserted. There is no soldering required with these banana plugs. Simply insert the bare copper wire through the side and screw the bottom of the banana plugs to clamp it tightly.

Easy to wire and use. Just what I wanted.

Excellent item. Zero tools required other than the wire stripper. They also cost a lot less compared to ones at the nearby Radioshack yet seem to be better quality and hold on to the speaker wire much better.
