This 4-way HDMI® switch also features Optical TOSlink as well as Digital Coax output ports to help keep your A/V receiver in the loop with new HDMI® HD systems. This switch is 3D capable and also contains support for the Audio Return Channel (ARC) as well as Consumer Electronics Control (CEC) features. It offers 4x HDMI® inputs and has a built-in audio converter that can convert the HDMI® audio from any of the four HDMI® inputs and disperse it concurrently to the audio output in HDMI®, Optical/TOSlink, and Digital Coax outputs. This way you are able to incorporate any kind of audio system, even when it does not specifically support HDMI® audio.

Note: It is highly recommended to use 24AWG, or thicker (22awg) HDMI Cables for best performance:
Runs up to 15ft: Use 24AWG HDMI cables
20FT or more: use 22AWG (thicker than 24AWG).
We recommend using HDMI cables longer than 4ft as some devices will not work with cables shorter than 4ft.
