Product Description

This HDMI Extender allows extension of HDMI video signal device up to
196ft away by using the extender units and two CAT5e/ CAT6 cable. This unit will support DDC and HDCP signal transfers.

Our STP Cat 6 Cables are HIGHLY recommended for this device since these devices do not always form with cat5: http://www.cabletrain.com/networking/cat6-network-cables/cat6a-stp-straight-cables

We recommend you use CAT6a Shielded Twisted Pair (STP) ethernet cable to minimize potential interference.
