Note: We are unable to ship items via USPS if the total weight of the items in the shopping cart is over 20lbs.

Shipping Terms

The same day shipping cut off time for UPS and USPS is 1:45PM PST/4:45PM EST. There is a chance that if your order is placed before 5PM PST, it will ship out the same day. However, we cannot guarantee it. All orders placed after this time will be shipped out the following business day. The transit time is calculated after the order has been shipped in business days which excludes weekends and holidays. The shipping day/processing day does not count toward the transit period.

Additional Shipping Information
USPS Priority shipping is NOT a delivery time guaranteed service. If your order is time-sensitive or need to have the order by a certain date, please choose 3rd Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day shipping method instead. Based on our experience, 90% of USPS Priority shipments have been delivered within 1-3 business days.

CableTrain.com will arrange payment for shipping with the carrier, but such costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Risk of loss is upon Customer once CableTrain.com delivers the product to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and CableTrain.com shall not be liable for delays

Cancellations
By finalizing your order, please be aware that no cancellations or modifications can be made after the checkout process has been completed.

Returns & Replacements
For Refund: All returns must be authorized by CableTrain.com within 21 days of the invoice date. There's no restocking fee applied to any return item(s). However, S&H cost is not refundable. For Replacement: After 21 days, we only replace the item(s) for the same item(s) during its warranty period if it is defective. Sorry, we do not exchange it with any different item.

However, the documents and graphics published on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. CableTrain.com makes no representations about the suitability of the information and graphics presented on this site. All such documents and graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, CableTrain.com shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, CableTrain.com shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price. Note: We do not guarantee CableTrain.com prices listed on other Web sites or price engines.

Customers can view the status of their orders by logging into "My Account" and clicking "My Orders"

Customers can Update their account information by entering their E-mail and password in the "My Account" section of the website.
