By finalizing your order, please be aware that no cancellations or modifications can be made after the checkout process has been completed.

- For Refund: All returns must be authorized by CableTrain.com within 21 days of the invoice date. There's no restocking fee applied to any return item(s). However, S&H cost is not refundable. For Replacement: After 21 days, we only replace the item(s) for the same item(s) during its warranty period if it is defective. Sorry, we do not exchange it with any different item.

CableTrain.com will arrange payment for shipping with the carrier, but such costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Risk of loss is upon Customer once CableTrain.com delivers the product to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and CableTrain.com shall not be liable for delays
Note: The cut off time for UPS and USPS is 6AM PST. All orders placed after this time will be shipped out the next day. The transit time is calculated after the order has been shipped in business days which excludes weekends and holidays. The shipping day/processing day does not count toward the transit period. USPS Priority shipping is NOT a delivery time guaranteed service. If your order is time-sensitive or need to have the order by a certain date, please choose 3rd Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day shipping method instead.
