The PLB-100S is a great articulating mount for your medium sized (23 to 37") flat panel displays. It allows you to tilt the display up and down, swivel it side to side and extend it in and out. Dual arm design ensures a secure foundation.

Quality

UPS lost the package. Surprisingly, customer service stepped in and dealt with UPS, when they couldn't deliver (literally), CableTrain shipped a new one with expedited shipping for no additional cost.
Most online retailers have left it for me to deal with shipping companies - Not this one, they took care of it. They stand behind the product and the shipping - a welcome relief! As for price, more than 50% cheaper than exact other ones I found. In all, everrything from website ease of use to price, to the product, they all exceeded my expectations. (Posted on 4/19/11)
